Using CashX

CashX provides a website and a smart contract on Robinhood Chain that launches tokens on pons.family. By launching a token through CashX or trading from this site, you accept these terms, and pons.family's own terms for its contracts.

Deployers

Launching through CashX makes the CashX contract the token's creator fee recipient on pons, permanently. This cannot be undone.
You must not name a handle to impersonate, harass or mislead, or to imply an endorsement that doesn't exist.
You are responsible for the name, ticker, image and description you publish.

Recipients

Recipients don't need to accept these terms to be paid. A recipient can stop payments at any time as described in the docs. Payouts may be held where the law requires information before paying.

Reserved rights

CashX may pause new trades, refuse to pay a handle that has asked not to be paid, and hold a recipient share where required by law or to prevent fraud. CashX cannot change a token's fee route or move funds outside the paths set by the contracts.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Smart contracts can have bugs, chains can halt, and third parties can fail. To the extent the law allows, CashX is not liable for losses from using the service.
